This photographed GMC Service Parts Identification label reads TCY145S503937. It appears mounted inside a glovebox and lists model TC10903. Its wheelbase field is printed as 1315.
Two useful entries are Z45, “GMC PROMOTIONAL PACK,” and 001, “SPECIAL PAINT.” Those are the words on the label; they are worth preserving without expanding them into a package description the label does not give.
What remains open
The photograph was supplied as a 1975 Gentleman Jim lead. The label itself does not print the Gentleman Jim name. No wider vehicle gallery or original seller page has been established for this image, so package identification and the truck’s later history remain open.
