The original factory build sheet reads 1GCHR33N4JJ140243, split across two lines in the VIN box. A Canadian new-vehicle information statement and dealer pre-delivery inspection sheet carry the same identifier. This is the carryover-body R30 crew-cab pickup, model CR30943.
The build sheet explicitly names the Janesville plant in Wisconsin. It lists L19 with a 7.4-liter engine field, Z81 Camper Special equipment and Z49 Canadian pricing. Both the charged-to and shipped-to dealer fields name Ed Nolin Chevrolet Oldsmobile in Didsbury, Alberta.
What remains open
Transmission codes MM4 and M20 are retained as printed; no exact transmission model is assigned here. The 07-11 schedule field has no year and is not presented as a complete build date. Running-board installation sheets in the packet show accessory instructions, not proof that those parts were installed at the factory.

Document readings describe what the photographed records say. They do not authenticate the artifact, establish continuous ownership or prove that the truck still has its original components.
